I should have rented through Enterprise rent a car. Too much red tape, agent requesting personal insurance info although I asked to use their coverage. Informed the 3rd party insurance I purchased online wasn’t accepted because they’re not a franchise location. Provided with random examples of how people use the cars (emphasis on illegal activity and shootings). Not a great counter experience. Sticking with enterprise.

The car we rented wasn’t there and we were given a larger car at an up charge which was high. The agent would give me any discounts which I felt should have been given since my specific rental wasn’t on the lot. Finally, the trip went smooth, yet the agent during the return was rude and acted like e we damaged the car. Upon examining the vehicle, he saw that wasn’t true and he never apologized. So be careful renting from dollar who are connected with thrifty and hertz.
