Took over an hour to pick up my car; they had 2 people at the counter but the Hertz Gold members kept being helped before any of us. Didn’t matter that the ten people already in line were there first. Gold level member shows up and gets to cut in front of all of us. I only had 2 people in front of me, one already being helped when I arrived. There’s no way it should have taken that long to be assisted. Poorest form of customer service I have ever experienced.
Absolute hell. Line is 50 people deep. 2 people working the desk. Takes each person about 10-15 min to get thru. What is going on here??? Obviously the manager needs to be fired and the whole thing needs to be rebuilt. You thought the DMV was bad!!!
