Incredibly busy but the employees were calm, cool and collected...the visitors were clearly agitated on the wait time but I was impressed the employees didnt let it bother them. They worked as fast as the computers would let them, were very thorough, and yet still made time to make sure each renter got all their questions answered.

The gal that helped us was very nice and professional. Everything went smoothly and fast. Our little car was awesome. There was no wait time on anything. I will use them again when we return. Convenient location too. On main road in Jackson.
