The gal that helped us was very nice and professional. Everything went smoothly and fast. Our little car was awesome. There was no wait time on anything. I will use them again when we return. Convenient location too. On main road in Jackson.
The entire rental experience with Dollar in Jackson Hole was exceptional. From the shuttle drivers courteous handling of our luggage to the check out and check in personnel. Picked up white Suburban last Saturday. $900 for a week a bit high but we are in a vacation town. Took a while to get car, they were very busy. Upon inspection there were dents which attendant noted. Good thing I notices a bunch of hail damage on roof and hood - attendant said "well, it came from Colorado" - it did, Colorado plate DOZ-N72? I would avoid this car. Car was dirty, unvacuumed also.
