这家店的老板文先生是一个骗子，我是在洛杉矶华人资讯网看到他发布的卖车广告，所以就联系了他买车，在买车之前我们跟他确定他不是车行卖车。才决定去看车。但实际上他不但是车行卖车，而且他竟然把车的carfax 关于车的报告私自更改假信息给我们。因为当时我们很相信他，我们并没有自己从新再去查一下关于车的信息就交了钱。但今天我们去DMV过户我们发现他把低配置的车信息改成高配置卖给我们，当我们知道被骗以后联系他退车，他不但不退车态度还特别恶劣。他们家不但租车还卖车，而且卖车的时候不会告诉消费者是租车行用下来的车而是说自己个人的车售卖。我现在已经通过法律手段来维护自己的合法权益，我已经去DMV关于卖车欺骗消费者部分举报他，也通过小额法庭去告他。做这些事情并不是心疼这点买车的钱，主要是提醒这些黑心商家，不要中国人欺负中国人。更是提醒刚来美国不懂英文的中国人，千万不要被这些打着个人卖车旗号去卖车的小车行给骗了。
Customer service was very good but the reason for me giving 3 stars is because I waited in line for almost an hour to be able to rent the vehicle and I had a reservation.The car was not clean at all.

Very poor customer service
Worst company stole 21 days worth of rental car money from me! No reply ignoring me.
