The service at the counter was quick and pleasant. Also the vehicle was nice.
I made the mistake of renting through a 3rd party (Priceline), so when I had trouble with my invoice the Thrifty rep said I had to go directly to Priceline and they could not help me. It took me almost an hour to get through to someone. I was really disappointed that they would not help. I am a senior with very little tech knowledge and I had my mentally handicapped senior sister with me, so it was extremely frustrating.
