First and foremost this isn't the original Dollar Bill's this is now owned by Master mechanix and they are horrible. My husband made an appointment for 7:30 on monday to get a tire sensor changed on our vehicle and when he pulled in the gear shift was loose, come to find out is was the bushing and the mechanic said it would take about 15 mins to replace. 2 days later, the sensor was replaced but never programmed (picture of the sensor light that came back on a mile down the road). I've always had good experiences at Dollar Bill's. They do good work at a good price and if something isn't quite right, they make it right.
My husband walked in at 430 and asked if they could do a quick fix on his trailer tire so he could make it to Hartford. The guy was extremely rude saying Thats an hour job. We close in 30 minutes and my guys have work 60 hours this week an are ready to go home! Even if I had all the tools in front of me now i still wouldnt fix it for you. So very rude an disrespectful. We will never step foot in that shop again.
Guys did a great job on replacing my spare tire! They also put 4 new tires on my trailer. Great work at a reasonable price!
