The staff at this branch is dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Yesterday, I inquired about a $39.00 charge for stopping payment on a check. As I had never done this before, I was not aware the fee was so high, nor was I advised of said fee. The teller who facilitated the stop payment lied to the Assistant Manager that he had informed me of the charge. This particular branch is an absolute waste of time. Every time I go, there is an issue. Often times I need to make a deposit or pay my mortgage right when they open, half the time they are not even there by 9am. The drive thru is certainly never open at 9am. The Rocky River branch is always a pleasant transaction and I highly recommend you drive the extra 5 minutes and go there.
I was a loyal customer at PNC (NCB) for over 15 years. Honestly, I have no idea why I stayed there as long as I did.
