Been trying to get their dolamur cleaning liquid since July. It's now September. I paid in July, but then something happened to the order in shipment so they decided to just not tell us or replace the order. We found this out when we called after 2 weeks of waiting. Then they said they'd ship it out 2-day shipping for us. After that didn't arrive for a week, we called back to get their same crappy service again.
