I waxed with Doll for well over 5 years & during that amount of years only missed a couple of appointments due to rare unexpected circumstances & I made attempts to come back & they failed to tell me while setting up my appointment that they require a fee in advance to see me, they send a very lengthy text message to make me aware of that which I didn’t get to read bc of being busy at work, rather than calling me or letting me know upfront, and I kindly requested for them to reconsider seeing me, and the best they could do i... read more

Sophia at Doll Wax Annapolis was amazing! She made my teenage daughter feel so comfortable for her first session - they were chatting like old friends within minutes. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience great!
