Such a wonderful experience. Our dolls are beautiful we couldn't be happier.
My daughter has been quite distraught that her favourite large soft toy blew its seam and was losing its stuffing. I came down to the Doll %Teddy Hospital and was instantly warmly greeted and assured by Dianne that it could be resolved. The genuine care and warmth both ladies offered was amazing. The issue was instantly resolved and won me some great Dad points with my daughter. Thank you soo much!
My 9 year old teddy bear that I got when I was born is losing his stuffing and they did sooo good on repairing ittt
Very disappointed. Was told the whole thing would be done in 2 weeks. Emailed them every couple of months for over a year. Took him in January last year and in March this year I asked for an update they said they emailed me in November. I received no email and I do check my junk emails so very suss. Also had a whole discussion via email about fixing his eyes that were scratched which wasn't done. I do not think this is worth the $250 I paid.
Loved this place. Took my doll in to be restored. She was admitted and will remain as an inpatient for some time while she is bought back to her original beauty. Lovely admissions process.
