I visited the today for new eyes and an outfit for my 1950's doll. The ladies were very helpful and my doll is now all seeing and beautifully dressed. Thank you so much.
The staff is always friendly and I had a doll repaired there from childhood I was initially sad she was not 100 percent like her original but I learned that a staff member named dianna put thought into using the fabric to make her last longer and yes I was upset at first but learning that she took the time to do that so my doll would last for much longer then she originally did makes me happy just someone wiling to do this for me to make that happy memory of my childhood last for basically ever makes me smile thank you nikki... read more
Very happy with my experience with the hospital. My special teddy bear went in for a restuffing and to fix some holes. The hospital looked after him very well and he is now looking a lot younger, cleaner and happier. The hospital also took extra care to preserve his existing fur and bow tie. Thank you to the doctors at the Teddy bear hospital for looking after Teddy!

I visited this place to replace stuffings and do some stitching on my plush. I was satisfied with the result and would recommend visiting this place to those who would like to fix plush toys. The repair cost can easily go around AUD $100~200 due to the skills and materials required for repairs (there is no insurance for plush toys), so please ask yourself these following questions before visiting: 1.
