Very good results from our interaction. We had a very old doll restrung, cleaned and general service. Wig replacement included.
They did a great job to repair our baby doll. Thankyou. Highly recommend.
Posting as a 5star because they won’t let me post a 1 star. Funny how Nikki has changed google settings. Go back a few reviews and this is not the first time they have lost people possessions. What a disgrace !!! I dropped off my grandmothers pedigree doll that she owned when she was a little girl (since passed) to be repaired in 2017. I was told she would take aprox 3 months to fix. After the trauma of the dog attack I was heartbroken but knowing she was in your care gave me hope. Having her back home, safe and whole again, means the absolute world to me.
