I ordered something from their eBay store,after not receiving and having it marked delivered, I did what was required and opened a case through eBay notifying seller. Upon being asked by eBay, I requested a replacement, not a refund initially. Keep in mind, PayPal will rectify if seller does not. Ms Judy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Nasty tone and business etiquette. Customer received item damaged during shipping and she further taunts and frustrates customer with childish remarks. BUYER BEWARE

I read the reviews of this 'CIRCUS SHOP' after making the purchase unfortunately. Don't trust it at all. This JUDY or KELLY I don't know what her name is, she replies pretty to messages making friends send you money. Once the money is received it does not follow you. I begged to contact this USPS service which sadly does not exist in Italy. It relies on other couriers. Insulting or doing anything else didn't help much. Unprofessional and rude people. SCAM PEOPLE. Change shop.

Judy deceives people. Ask to make payments via PayPal and it is never allowed to pay through the website. Ask to pay as a friend. And then when the tracking of the package is not possible to see it says that it warned us and never returns the money. And as we paid as friends, we are also not returned the money by PayPal. Be careful
Kelly was super patient and helpful with all my questions. The doll shipped and arrived quickly and I'm very happy with it. Thank you!
