Great service. No pressure sales. Bought a used T4.100f in March of 2024. They delivered it that week, and gave it a full service before delivery. Parts department is knowledgeable but not a know it all. I get the right parts the first time I go. I am a customer for life.
Top of the line in knowledge of farming the Delta. Spoke with Rick Dolk at length about what size tractor for 47 acres, Gave great non-biased advice, Very admirable man I must say. Unfortunately bad health got in the way of my farming dreams on hold otherwise I couldn't think of a better place to have purchased from. Everyone here is great. I bought a New Holland 25 from Rick. He spent his time and answered all my questions. He delivered it to my property and went into great detail on how everything works. This was amazing since it was my first time ever on a tractor. Then I broke a shear bolt. I called Rick he sent me 3 for free. Dolk tractors is the best place for a newcomer to farm work. I called to talk to someone about tractors and I got to talk to the owner Rod. I didn’t know he was the owner. He answered all my questionss and referred me to Tony. Tony was awesome to work with. He walked me through the whole process of financing. Work with me through my hiccups. I will open this by saying I am probably one of Dolk's smallest customers. But from the service and support I received, you would not know it. My experiences with Rick and the staff on site were nothing short of amazing. I never once felt pressured, or that I was marginalized for being small or new to tractor ownership. Rick put together a tractor and set of attachments that serve every purpose I would need that also fit my budget. The experience was so pleasant, a short review cannot do it justice.
