Fair prices and decent selections of fruits, vegetables and meats. The BBQ pork is probably the cheapest in terms of pricing, and the taste is pretty decent. Been coming here for years and supporting the local business.
Staff here are super rude. The guy selling fruits keeps pointing to a sign all written in Chinese to you because he didn't want to bother answering your question about the price. Not everyone can read chinese characters ok? And when you put the fruit in the wrong box, he will literally yell at you instead of telling you nicely. They also often sell raw (but frozen) fish or chicken outside the shop without frigeration. You will see a bucket of raw meat sitting in water also not refrigerated. Prices are not displayed. Evidently there are 2 price points for hot food. From this, I can only summarize that the price quoted to me was based on “what I look like” Maybe they need a sign: “Caucasian’s pay more”
I ordered curry fish balls and found a label sticker in my food. Gross incompetence.
