Within the first month, heck within the first week of renting from Steve, he had me fix my own furnace(which later on the reset box caught fire), and also found cockroaches in my apartment AFTER moving in and him not telling me. He constantly threatens court if you stand your ground with him. I highly recommend not renting from Steve if you want to live in a clean, safe environment and not waste money.

I would like to just say that Dolgin realty Steve Dolgin is a good landlord he takes care of things when he needs to when you have a problem he's on it to fix it he's treated us with the utmost respect and I would tell most anybody that I know to rent from him I do know some people that have bad experiences but it was their fault not his therefore I think that Steve Dolgin is a good landlord and I would rent from him again as I will continue to rent from him now

We rented from Steve for over 4 years and had absolutely no issues. In fact he went as far as to help my family and I out of a personal crisis. I would recommend renting from them to any one.

We rented from Steve Dolgin at 380 Summer St. THERE ARE STILL BEDBUGS! Someone else posted 5 years ago about the problem. This company has been taking rent money and prettying up the building to make you want to live there, and only tell you about the problem after they have your deposit and are directly asked. We have sacrificed our time and money to a place that is unlivable.
