Excellent practice. The office staff is very caring and polite. I called one day to make an appointment because I was having a problem and they scheduled me to come in the very same day for a pelvic ultrasound which I was not expecting for at least a couple of days. You don't wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting area and the doctor is patient, polite, and gentle during her exam. I see Dr. Mitzner who is very professional. Dr. Share is by far the best doctor I have ever seen.. but the office staff is by far the worst I have ever worked with. I had to argue with one for 10 minutes about whether or not I got a pap smear until she realized she was reading the chart wrong, and have had many many problems with scheduling and filling prescriptions. They are rude and could really use a class in bedside manner. The only thing that has kept me going is how great Dr. Share is but every time I call I consider leaving more and more.
RUDE staff. Never ever again. I was waiting 5 days to renew my prescription and they YELLED at me when I called and asked when they were going to call my pharmacy... Good doctors but rude staff. I was their patient for 7 years, now I am done...They now how to lose their clients, they really do.

The office staff is RUDE & USELESS!!! It takes forever to get a priorauthorization done by the billing department & when THEY forget to do it they make it out like its your fault for not following up on it even though I already told them once that a priorauthorization needed to be obtained in the first place!!! They make you feel as though you are bothering them with your questions. Maybe its you. You sound like a me me me person. This practice is one of the top in the area. When my wife and I could not have a child, we went to them on high recommendations. He is now 10 yrs old thanks to this group. We found the staff and all the Dr's very pleasant. So like I said, maybe you need an attitude adjustment and stop thinking with your fake boobs and all your botox treatments and start using your brain for once.
I wasted 6 months with these people. It is impossible to get in touch with them when you need to, noone can give you a straight answer when you doctor is going to be in and the receptionist likes to leave the answering machine on during business hours so you can't get in touch with them alltogether. 6 months of dragging things out with useless tests and I accomplished ZERO.
