I came in to cash my check lady at the front didnt know what she was doing took me less than a minute at frys she had me waiting here for 15 minutes just to tell me no at the end smh

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I went in to get assistance, but the woman refused to even help me. She didn't want to speak English, and I even did Google Translate to help her and I communicate. She still refused to help me as a customer. I honestly should have heeded all the reviews and gone elsewhere, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I will NEVER go to this business again!! Poor Customer Service....actually, it was NO Customer Service!!

Pesimo servicio no regreso nunca mas la señora no sabe atender a los clientes se molesto porque ya no tenia no la direccion ni el telefono que tenia registrado le dije que ya tenia mucho tiempo sin hacer envios y dice para que cambia de telefono y direccion a ella que le interesa que solo haga su trabajo no.lo recomienfo ni regreso nunca mas

Woman at the counter refused to serve me, literally yelled at me that they are closed, but then served the 3 customers who walked in after me while I sat there looking for another location to go pay my electric bill at.
