Since Best Block which is owned by Quikcrete, bought out Dolese Block and Stone, it has not been the same. They refuse to put credit they owe me back on my card. In addition now we have to pay a 35% restocking fee on any returns.
Very poor customer service, it’s almost like they don’t want you to buy block from them. Tried to order split face block (newalla coal) and can’t even place an order…. Use another place and save the headache
