RecommendedWe drove 17 miles just to taste the gelato at this place and we are glad that we made this trip. It’s a cozy nice family oriented restaurant and ice cream parlor the best thing is about it is that you can have meals and the Desert next-door but it’s the same restaurant. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly people and you get to taste before you buy. A medium size Gelato fills you up and the taste is amazing you can feel the natural flavors and also they have dairy free options too.
Decided to check this place out on a whim as I just came back from Italy. I bought some freshly sliced mortadella because it's one of my favorites. Next door to the deli is the Gelato and the variety was amazing! The Limoncello gelato was the best I've ever had. All the flavors were great. I have been here many times for the gelato and it's always amazing. I've bought fancy european flour and pasta at the grocery side. Today, I finally ate a meal there. My son and I had ravioli, it was amazing! The sauce, the bread, the hand made pasta It was all perfect. My husband is also bound and determined to eat through the sandwich menu. We had gelato for dessert and it was amazing as always.
Fantastic gelato and a laid back atmosphere make this place a culinary gem. All the gelatos are great but my favorites are the fruits of the forest and the key lime gelato. Great gelato, a relaxed ambiance, and nice people. A piece of Italy in Mesa that is truly wonderful.

the cannoli are crisp and creamy. The lemon gelato is by far the best dessert I have ever had

What a wonderful place! Not only was the gelato the best I've ever had, they had the Torrone candies I've been searching for! My grandmother always had them in a dish. The paninis are 100% authentic. Amazing place and the owners were delightful.
