I’ve raved about this place since I’ve found it. The ONLY place in Denver I’ve ever found sfogliatelle. Brought my mom who grew up in New York recently and she couldn’t stop talking about how this place reminded her of her childhood and Italy. By far the best bakery in town.
I was in and bought a lobster tail. I have had them my entire life on the east coast. Their cream has a lemon taste which the person having it with me agreed, and it made it not great. I called and they said we don't use lemon and I don't know what to tell you. No sorry, no we can give you something next time. These definitely have a lemon taste and they were not interested in any kind of customer service. I would not recommend them and obviously I won't be going back. That is no way to do business.
This is my go to spot for real authentic Italian desserts/pastries. Everything is made fresh, the cannolis, pistachio cookies, crème puffs, macaroons, all super good. I always get a box & fill it up when I come by.

Heroic. This place is my home away from home. I would live here, in this building if they let me. We go every week. The mastery of baking that Frank, the owner displays is top tier. They have the only tiramisu my wife likes. Spectacular lasagna and breakfast sandwiches and pizzas and calzones and breads and cookies. A biscotti (of any variety) with a cappucino or latte is 🤌. Magnificent. 10/10 go now.
