We went to Dolce & Salato for the first time. It felt like eating dinner at a family home. Armando was so welcoming. He pulled up a chair to go over our food selections. He made our drinks himself. The food was very good and tasted homemade. I would return for the Armando Experience with wine pairing so we can give him creative freedom and be more immersed in his heritage and passion. His hospitality made our entire evening.
Horrible food and very expensive! Not worth the money. Feeling robbed. Won’t go back.
Took my wife and kids here and the owner while he is a very nice guy and tried very much to be nice has no self awareness. He must have pulled up a chair and sat with us 4 times. Even when are food came. He sat so close to us it was uncomfortable. The food was good actually better than average. If this guy actually hired a waitress this place would be very busy and not have 8 people in the restaurant on a Saturday night. He literally wouldn’t leave our table and it made us very uncomfortable.
This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I went here for a date a couple nights ago. We got the short rib ravioli and the chefs special filet. Everything was delicious and the owner was the sweetest. Will be coming back here again!
