The door says walk ins welcome and then said they are only by appointment. And then acted surprised that the door and the window said walk ins welcome . Nasty smell
I agree the nail techs, who are all family, do a good job on nails. However, they are not keeping up with cleaning and disinfecting, which is not good. The place is in dire need of cleaning the nail dust out, painting and cleaning their stations. Yes they put bags in for the pedicures but the aerator is not disinfected after each client. When my tech uses the dremel tool on my nails and switches tips, they don't go in a solution to disinfect for the next person. This is the same for nail clippers and files. Absolutely love my nails! This was my first time at Dolce Nails & Spa, and it was amazing. By far, my favorite nail experience. Will definitely be back! (I got a gel fill and polish.)
