I had the most incredible facial at Dolce Medical Spa with Sheldon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Sheldon was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and attentive to my specific skin needs. He explained every step of the treatment and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and serene. Julia is a gifted estheticion who takes time to pamper you and work into the areas where your skin needs most attention. Lovely, warm and caring person.
First off notice that I NEVER give bad reviews! I just don’t come back. I had an excellent facial! Horrible experience after! I had mentioned during my facial I will rebook and I wanted to try another service but rather than check me out and schedule an appointment I was taken into a room and pressured for literally SEVEN minutes into buying a red light wand which I already have and it’s the same exact brand and mind you it cost me $10,000.00!! Julia was amazing this afternoon! I came in after a long day of work with tension in my shoulders and I was nervous for my first facial in a year. She did such a great job helping me relax and she made my skin absolutely glow! This tucked-away corner of heaven was just what I needed in a hot summer’s day!
Everything about this facial was exceptional! From the booking process, to the text messages with driving instructions, this med spa was very communicative. My aesthetician, Julia, was very knowledgeable about my skin issues and provided skin care options, but no hard sell of their products. A wonderful, calming and relaxing experience!!
