I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the past three weeks for a boiler that they installed in my apartment building. I have ridden them emails, I’ve left phone messages, and I’ve gone to their website to fill out a service request. did they go out of business?
Dolce heating and cooling has done a wonderful job from start to finish. First Joe stops by when my heat fails on the coldest day, fixed my heat, and instead of charging me he tells me about the NYSERDA program. Next thing I know I'm getting new Furnace, New Hybrid water heater, they insulated my house, and best of all they replaced my old out of date Electrical panel AT NO COST TO ME I REPEAT NO COST TO ME PLEASE CALL they are life savers thanks again Joe,Chad,Jack great Team.
Horrible experience very unprofessional, left a mess didn't know what they were doing. Will never get their service again wouldn't recommend.
