Heidi was patient and paid great attention to detail with my layers and my bangs so excited to come back
I went to a consolation, showed them a video of the hair I wanted (photo with pink heart). Then had an appointment a few days later and after 8 hours and $475, I left with completely different hair (photo with white heart). Everyone was nice and the hair is not bad hair, just not at all what I asked for and now I’m having to just dye my hair back to brown, the hair color I had previously. I really miss Dolce Hair Salon and I miss Lexie my hairdresser she is amazing hairdresserI!! Hands down she always did an amazing job on my hair my extension my haircut and she is the best and a darling girl very fond of her I would give anything to go back But sometimes Situation happens due to miscommunication happen Between the client and the hairdresser wish there was more open Communication on maintenance fees then sometimes we make hasty decisions based on our emotions and then regret it . I’ve been to Heidi twice now. She listens and cuts it exactly as I asked. She did an amazing job. It’s so hard to find professional hair dressers with good knowledge and continually education. Very professional 💕
Alba did a wonderful job on my hair. So happy with it and my husband loved it.
