I went to the store to replace a previous shoe I purchased which was not available in my size. I tried on a different shoe ,which I could not walk in and 2 female employees were making gestures and mimicking me. I went to Lou Bouiton to purchase my shoes.
We went into the store and had a wonderful experience! We read some comments about the locked door or a bad service, but we personally experienced none of it. Very friendly and polite personel. They helped us find items that fit my wife and the prices are quite reasonable for the luxury brand outlet. It is still an expensive brand, but compared to boutique prices they are indeed discounted. Very happy we decided to go there! If you wanted to buy Dolce & Gabbana this is a good place to do so. Highly recommend.
Natalia was wonderful ! Great customer service

When you try to walk in he rudely stops you and tells you to wait In there imaginary line outside when there’s only maybe 3-4 people inside. Please remember your an outlet store and not Hermes. I saw several people just walk off because of how rude the doorman was.

Yo llevaba Gucci puesto. Pero por llevar ese tipo de marcas no me hace mejor que otros. Pero me indigna la manera de esta gente que seguro son unos arrastrados y se ren de uno. No volver nu... read more
