I came in for a couples massage, my RMT, Cara, was very professional and the massage was very relaxing. I highly recommend and will be going back. Thank you.
The service itself wasn't bad But when I walked out , the person who gave me service was making face to the receptionist about me , she didn't know that my friend was sitting in the waiting area and saw her making faces, then the receptionist cued her that he is there and looking and then she stopped. That was very rude for the amount of money I spent there, I expected professionalism. I am never going back, highly disappointed with unprofessionalism.
The service was professional and friendly. Very clean facility's. Prices very reasonable for top tier service. The hot towels and warm oils for the massage were great.
Wonderful experience. Great ambiance, personalized service, friendly staff, wonderful products used. Salima and Tatiana treated my Mom and me to a Prestige Facial. Outstanding!
