Wonderful experience. Great ambiance, personalized service, friendly staff, wonderful products used. Salima and Tatiana treated my Mom and me to a Prestige Facial. Outstanding!

Salima was wonderful! I had one of the best facials ever and she was professional and meticulous, yet kind and caring. Highly recommend the spa and the aesthetician I was assigned.
I decided to pamper myself and go for a facial with all the works. I didn’t know what staff to select so I let the booking system decide for me. I was so lucky to end up with Meg, she’s incredible. This service included a back rub, hand and foot treatment. Her skills are on point. Good pressure, so relaxing. I highly recommend. The setting of the spa is lovely. A great place for a waterfront walk.
We really enjoyed the massage, We were disappointed that when you book a 60 min massage, it is only 45 min long (12:45-1:30). We have not experienced this time discrepancy at other spas in the past. Usually the massage is 60 min if you pay for 60 min. Also we had the "gourmet lunch" included in our package, the food was great (chicken bacon ranch salad and duck confit salad) but were quite disappointed and surprised to learn the gourmet lunch did not include appetizers, desserts or a drink.
