Extremely Disappointed with First Visit. My wife and I had a very frustrating experience at Dolce Aesthetics’ Brooklyn office during my first visit. We had an appointment and arrived just 5-8 minutes late due to parking. Despite this, my wife was made to wait nearly an hour while being told “just 20 more minutes” repeatedly. When I asked why it took much longer than 20mins, the front desk lady responded not with empathy or an apology, but by blaming us for being five minutes late and ACT that we deserved the long wait time. ... read more

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and can say with 100% certainty that Jen and Laura have literally saved my life.
