I just wanted to thank the team at Dolans. We had just returned from vacation yesterday 15th June and learned from our house/dog sitters that we had no aircon over the weekend where the temp exceeded 30c. I called Dolans who, despite being very busy fit me in very quickly and within about 4 hours of my call Rick stopped by to replace the capacitor and fixed the problem. This was service at its highest level and I am very impressed with the team from Dolans call reception to Rick solving the problem. Great customer service
