I'd leave a negative star if possible. Horrible! I called them & Katie Dolan hung up on me when I was asking about auto insurance & realizing she couldn't also sell me homeowners insurance. I called her back and she wouldn't take my call. Flushed me to vmail. Horrible way to treat anybody. Complete lack of grace. Shameful person. Call Gaudette Insurance -- they are way nicer!!
Tom Dolan is a wonderful man who helped me in a pinch. Cannot recommend enough!
