I bought a used Lexus RX 400. It has been less than a year owning this vehicle and it has been nothing but trouble. We went to Dolan and Lexus because of their reputation thinking we wouldn’t get robbed. now the vehicle will not run at all. The only thing Dolan Lexus will do for me is offer service with expensive repairs. I would never recommend them to anyone.
They had a really nice service department with tons of room inside. The service writers were all very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had a wonderful shuttle ride both ways and enjoyed talking to the drivers very much. I would say that other dealers need to take note on how this operation is ran, because I thought it was first class all the way! I highly recommend Dolan Lexus Service Department.
