Have been coming here for over a dozen yrs with multiple cars. They are straight shooters. Fair and honest. Kieran always goes the extra mile. All the service staff in the past has been grt as well (Carlos, Julie etc). It makes a difference.

Have had problems with this service location before. This time they took my Lexus key fob off my keychain, lost the"valet" metal part of it, and then just put all the pieces in my cupholder without telling me. When I noticed & asked about it, a service manager tried to blame me! Thankfully, a different manager, "Jesse" heard what is saying & ultimately fixed the problem.
Their *free* high powered car wash, that I never asked for, caused a 10 inch crack in my windshield that they won’t do anything about. So that free car wash actually cost me $750 now that I get to replace my windshield. We will be having our car serviced elsewhere from now on.
I bought a used Lexus RX 400. It has been less than a year owning this vehicle and it has been nothing but trouble. We went to Dolan and Lexus because of their reputation thinking we wouldn’t get robbed. now the vehicle will not run at all. The only thing Dolan Lexus will do for me is offer service with expensive repairs. I would never recommend them to anyone.
