My experience with Roger and his secretary, Tracy, was horrendous, and I would not recommend this firm. Throughout my case, Roger told me multiple times that he was not feeling well, and my case was pushed back. He also acknowledged that paperwork had not been submitted to the judge, which caused another delay. I I hired Dolan & Dolan in April 2025 and paid a $5,000 retainer. Their lawyer, Matt Lynch, initially assured me there was a very good case and set up calls, sending letters on my behalf. However, progress was limited, and the retainer was reduced to half. By September, the firm’s attorney informed me there might not be enough evidence to file a lien or obtain a lien judgment.
