Was initially worried about the poor reviews, but had a pretty great experience overall. David was very helpful, talked me through the services and let me pick and choose what I wanted, called me an uber after I dropped off, and let me pick up the truck after hours so that I didn’t have to rush home from work.
I brought my car in for recall work. When making the appointment, I made a point of confirming that the recall parts were ordered and on site. The assured me they had everything. The day of the appointment comes and they can only do one of the recalls because they didn't have the part for the other recall! But what's worse is that when I picked up my car I found that they had laid their tools or part of my dashboard on the leather seat that I had kept in great condition. This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, lazy, and inept. They simply do not care about your time.
