They came across as somewhat dismissive and didn’t clearly explain the issue or the methodology behind the proposed repair. This past weekend, while showering water from our HVAC united began to poor through the smoke detectors. Dolan Design, was able to be out within 45 minutes, provided a great temporary fix while they waited on the part. By Monday morning at 9am they had replaced the part and our AC unit has never worked better. The customer service and knowledge was incredible. Thank you all so much!!!!
Dolan HVAC Solutions was a LIFE saver! Ofcourse during the hottest day of the year my HVAC stops working ! Not only were they able to come assess the situation within 1 hour of me calling but the owner was super nice and professional! He let us know it’s the reverse valve and that it won’t be an easy fix. He suggested that we get a new system as our warranty has been out and if we wanted AC ASAP that would be the best way, (there was NO way i could go through another 98 degree day). Recently replaced the HVAC system for me and they did an amazing job. The previous system was 40 years old and it was a challenging install but they made it look easy. I was also impressed with how they covered my entire dining room set with plastic and used drip cloths on the floor to ensure no mess was left behind. I highly recommend this company!
