I work on the memory care units and I am proud to! Our new unit coordinator is a wonderful asset to our facility and the staff/residents are wonderful. Our focus is patient centered care, doing what they want, when they want. With a memory imparement, sticking to someone's familar routine from home helps keep them feel safe and comfortable. The building is older, but is specifically designed for those with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Proud to be a part of this unique nursing facility and experience.
