Teresa provided exceptional customer service helping me select a replacement chain for my favorite keepsake necklace that broke right before my birthday that was coming in a few days. She was very patient helping me make my selection and offered complimentary polishing of the necklace's diamond pendant as well as my wedding set. Everything looked wonderfully brand new!
This is a beautiful, large jewelry store at University Ave in Westwood. The service for repairs is excellent and informative. The selection is varied and the prices are reasonable.I highly recommend this store for gifts and indulgences!
