Theres nothing more frustrating than a mental health professional not taking mental health serious. Just because you cant visibly see our illness doesnt mean anything. We should be given the same grace as those with physical issues. My concerns werent taking serious in my opinion. I didnt give up tho and finally found a provider that cares I hope everyone struggling finds the perfect doctor for them
