This year I am thankful for Doke's Plumbing! Our water heater gave out the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving. On Wednesday morning, Doke's got someone over to my house and by that evening they had removed our old water heater and installed a new one. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely timely. At no point, did anyone make me feel pressured to buy a new heater (as opposed to waiting for the parts to come in to fix our old one). Doke's in now my go-to for all plumbing and HVAC needs!
Enrico did an amazing job solving the massive pipe leak in our kitchen. He was thoughtful about dealing with the problem. Solved it efficiently. And did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Also giving really useful advice on followup. Can’t recommend more highly.
The cold water value to my washer started leaking. At first it looked like the water was coming from the top of the waterline feeding the washer. But it turned out to be coming out of the top of the valve at the handle. I tried turning it off, but that didn't stop the water from leaking. I called Doke's plumbing. They did a quick diagnostic over the phone and had me send a few photos by txt. They knew exactly what the problem was and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time.
