I restarted training with Dojo USA just a year ago after a very long hiatus, and I have loved every minute of it. It has given me renewed energy, improved my fitness, and reignited my passion for Tae Bo and boxing, both of which are rooted in the principles and discipline of martial arts. The Dojo has been a powerful force in my life which began back in the late 90s when I trained for a couple of years. Just started back up this last couple of years with Taebo and now Karate. My teenage son trains in Karate as well which has had an immense positive guidance and impact in his world. We are so thankful to have a wonderful community like this. It's a positive , family and friendly environment where your kids and as well as adults can learn not just self defense but respect, courage, discipline, and responsibility, and more. The Teacher is also very great .
The People in Dojo USA World Training Center are very great, kind, and friendly. This place is very positive for students and everyone.
