I went to Jeremy after listening to him teach his students fundamental movement this past year.I am a circus performer and dancer.I coach competitive teams and cross training is my specialty. Listening to him teach was so much like listening to my old Russian coach so I had to ask Jeremy to help me undo a fascial twist that has prevented the progression of my contortion training.He gave me a suggestion that not only relieved my pain within a week but has improved my training for handstands and splits. I have found everything I have ever looked for in physical training at Aekuus; Teachers who are extremely knowledgeable, classes that cater to developing movement to it’s full potential, precise guidance to proper alignment and execution of movement, specificity, uniqueness, FUN, and the learning of cool moves!
