Mr & Mrs Sheffield have been wonderful with our kids. My son struggles with ADHD to the point that it impacts his daily life. In just 6 months I have seen a significant difference in his control, respect, and drive. My whole family has started classes now and we have a blast. I feel like my balance and strength have improved immensely since starting. Not including what greatness all those kicks and katas does for my butt 😉 😂 I highly recommend Master Sheffield’s dojo.
My husband and I joined looking to better ourselves and get better fit. Grand Master Sheffield and Mrs. Kim are amazing. This place has the heart of East Texas and the Soul of Family! We found a place of belonging.
My son and niece tried out the Dojo last night and they had a great amount of fun. I wasn't quiet sure what to expect from my son and then The Grand Master started talking to the children about Jesus. From that moment I knew without a doubt this is where all my children needed to be. I love teaching my children about Jesus we go to a wonderful church but for them to learn about God in a sport setting was absolutely remarkable.
