I’m so disappointed to be writing this. My friends and I were visiting our hometown for the weekend, and we’ve been coming to Doin’ Dishes since we were kids — it’s always been such a special and nostalgic place for us, but this experience was genuinely upsetting. A fantastic local "paint your own" experience! Doin' Dishes is a great place for a family activity, a creative date, or a group of friends looking for something different. There's always seasonally appropriate pieces to choose from and the store is clean and tastefully decorated. The staff are wonderful and the pieces always come out looking beautiful. My family has a cheese plate that we painted at Doin' Dishes in 2008 and it’s still vibrant in color.

Went for a good friend's bday get-together. Couldn't stay long I had an emergency. But it's a quaint place, and they have plenty of pottery to choose from to create on. The employees seem nice and as if they will try their best to accommodate you. I will return when I'm able to invest in the creation and my time isn't limited. But the birthday girl said she had a wonderful experience.
