I had high hopes that Cooked Chicago would be our go-to meal ordering service. Two problems... Firstly, the food...bland and basic. Secondly, very dishonest as a company. Per their website, Dohmen Company Foundation acquired Cooked in February of 2020, then, closed it in December 2021. Even though their website indicates that they will refund all unused gift cards, I have been trying for months to obtain reimbursement.
