My wife has had the unfortunate experience of working with Lisa Halbert after her mother passed away. Exactly 4 years later and the estate still isn't resolved. Lisa repeatedly fails to respond to communications, doesn't meet agreed upon deadlines, comes to meetings unprepared, doesn't follow up as she agreed to, has an excuse for everything, the list goes on and on.
