This is my first visit. My appt was for 9AM. I was 5 minutes early. When I walked in, I was told she couldn't do anything until her computer arrived. Computer arrived at 9:10. It's 9:40 and I still have not been seen yet. The lady at the desk blurted out "does anyone in the waiting room have diabetes?" This probably violates the HIPPA laws. Very poor first impression.
