Doherty Nutrition helped me a lot, Kat Desheva was the best, she gives lots of options for you to try, if you don’t like something she’ll give you other alternatives until you find something you like. She’s very good on keeping track of your progress and she makes you feel comfortable around her. Definitely recommend scheduling with her!
