Meet Noel at my home Nov 23rd 2024 at 9:45am. Was told he will send me a quote. Almost 4 months later still haven’t heard back. Within those months I reached out text and never responded back. Looks like he does nice work. Lack of communication is the reason for the 2 stars.
We are extremely satisfied with the exceptional work done by Noel at Dogherty Exteriors on our siding, gutters, proper venting and buried downspouts. It not only enhanced the appearance of our home but also effectively addressed proper and updated storm water drainage away from the home. Doherty Exteriors completed two roofing jobs for my business, the Ivy Inn in Havertown, PA. His company repaired and coated the flat roof and then replaced the shingle roof and repaired the siding of another section of the building. Noel's team was professional, very responsive and completed the work in an efficient and cost effective manner. He subsequently followed up to insure that I was satisfied with the results. Noel was very respectful and gave us the right price. He was honest and fair. We would hire him again and recommend him to anyone! He fixed our leaky windows and replaced our deck! We call him for all of our home improvement needs.
