We've called Doherty three times in recent months -- once to bail me out of a jam I created attempting a light install myself, once to update some complicated switches, and once to sleuth out the source of an outage in one-third of our house. Greg has been our tech each time (awesome to build rapport with the same person!) and he has taken great care of us, explaining everything thoroughly and addressing all of our issues expeditiously.
