Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and YELLING at me when asking questions, cutting me off when trying to ask things. I was calm and simply trying to ask questions for how I could get it or what I can or can't do, but we didn't even get to anything I was trying to get to. The gentleman could've simply said anything like "I'm sorry but I legally can't discuss these details or give you a copy of the full trust" and just inform me that I'd have to seek help from a separate probate attorney in the county for help.
