Our restaurant hood and makeup air ducts were filthy and the health inspector noticed. These guys worked 11pm-3am so we didn’t lose service. Cleaned, degreased, provided compliance paperwork. Inspector passed us next day. They understand commercial needs and deadlines. Worth the night rate.
