I had my individual tax return prepared by Doher this year, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I had concerns regarding my tax situation and attempted to communicate with the team, including (Ali Hussein)the Accounting Manager, but found it extremely difficult to get timely responses to my calls and emails. My requests to discuss my situation and clarify important matters were not handled professionally.Very unprofessional way of handling the team.
Have had my family's tax returns done by this esteemed company for the 7 years without complaints or concerns. Staff are quite professional ,cooperative and courteous. I wish to express my Special thanks to Mr. Erik Boyes the Assistant Manager for his cooperation, professionalism and courtesy. Have no hesitation to recommend the company for friends and business associates.
